Parcels are insured and shipped within 48 working hours (we are closed on saturdays and sundays) following the registration of your order, as long as the order is placed before 6 p.m. (GMT+1).
As soon as your parcel is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking link to track your parcel.
The duration of transport is generally :
- 24 to 48 hours for Belgium
- 5 to 10 working days in other EU countries
- 10 to 30 working days in countries outside the European Union, depending on the length of the customs process (specific to each country)
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage and optional insurance costs. Transport prices are regularly indexed by our carriers.
Therefore, when you book a product by deposit, the shipping fee displayed for your product at the time of your reservation is indicative. The price you will be charged will be the one indicated on our site when you pay the balance of your reservation.
Attention:
- Island destinations (Corsica, Sardinia, Canary Islands, ...) may incur additional delivery charges. We reserve the right to invoice this additional charge separately and prior to the departure of your shipment.
- Shipments to countries outside the European Union may involve customs clearance formalities (such as payment of fees or transmission of additional information to local authorities). These costs and administrative duties are the responsibility of the recipient of the shipment. Our company cannot be held responsible for the financial and administrative impact of these procedures (including the return of the package if you do not follow up on the requests received from the competent authorities).
- In the event of a disruption in the network of one of our partner carriers or of the shipping of an oversized parcel, we reserve the right to redirect your parcel to another carrier or another relay point (the one closest to your home) with which we collaborate in order to avoid any delivery problems.

Any problem relating to delivery must be reported to us within 2 working days in order to benefit from the insurance compensation included in the shipping costs.

Delivery by postal services Bpost / Colissimo (FR) / USPS (US) (packages up to 20 KG - worldwide)
For our French customers, the parcel number mentioned on the website of our transport partner Bpost can also be used on the Colissimo tracking site for more precise information. Your package will appear on the Colissimo website as soon as it crosses the French-Belgian border.
Home delivery by DPD (up to 20 KG - Europe only)
On the day of your delivery, the carrier will send you an approximate delivery time by email (accurate to within 1 hour).
Delivery on pallet (Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg)
In order to guarantee a delivery in perfect condition of your heavy and/or large parts, we propose the delivery on pallet via a courier service.
Thanks to the information we provide you, you can arrange an appointment with the carrier to organize the reception of your pallet within 8 days after the shipment of your order.
Delivery to a pick-up point via Mondial Relay, Bpost and DPD Chronopost
For maximum flexibility, you can request delivery to a pick-up point of your choice.
Please note that shipments via the Mondial Relay network are slower and statistically less reliable than other networks.
As the recipient, you are responsible for collecting the parcel during its period of availability at the collection point.
If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time frame, it will be returned to us. The cost of this return (fixed at a flat rate of €10 including VAT) and the new shipment required to complete your delivery will be invoiced to you prior to the reshipment of your goods. If you do not pay within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our return policy.
Automatic Combined Shipping for Multiple Orders
When several of your orders are ready to ship at the same time (for example, due to the simultaneous restocking of the products they contain), all items are automatically combined into a single shipment. No exceptions can be made to this rule.
A calculation of the shipping fees you have paid will then be made within 2 business days of shipment. The difference will be refunded to you in the form of a store credit. It is not possible to receive a refund of shipping fees to your credit card, bank account, or PayPal account.
Block shipment for future dispatch with other orders
When placing an order on our website, you can choose to hold its dispatch in order to combine it with other orders to come or have already been placed using the same delivery option.
Please note :
- that it is not possible to combine the shipment of an order with another order for which shipping costs have already been calculated and paid
- that the payment of the balance of a reservation made by deposit is considered as an independent order from a logistical point of view
- an order placed with this delivery option will remain on hold until you expressly request its dispatch by following the procedure below:
To add a new order to a pending combined shipment
1 - Simply place your new order on our website as usual.
2 - Select “Block shipment for future dispatch with other orders” as the delivery method.
To request combined shipping
1 - Go to the “Grouped shipment on hold” section of your personal account on our website to register your shipping request.
2 - Within two business days, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to pay the shipping costs for the requested shipment.
3 - Once the shipping costs have been paid, your items will be shipped immediately (or after any “pre-order” or “on order” items included in your shipping request have arrived in stock).
Important points
1 - We are unable to make partial shipments of products contained in a single order.
2 - You must request the shipment of at least two different order references so that we can proceed with a grouped shipment.
3 - In order to guarantee delivery in the best conditions, we voluntarily limit our shipments to 20 kg.
4 - Your orders will be held for combined shipping for a maximum period of 1 year. Once this period has elapsed, without instructions from you and payment of the shipping costs for their shipment, they will be canceled and refunded in the form of a voucher. The cancellation of pre-ordered products implies the loss of the non-refundable deposit associated with them (in accordance with our terms and conditions).
