We offer several secure payment solutions so that you can choose the one that best suits your order.
Depending on your country, the amount and the nature of your order, you can notably pay by bank card or credit card, SEPA bank transfer, PayPal or in instalments via Alma or PayPal.
The payment methods actually available are displayed when you confirm your order.
Payment by bank card or credit card
When choosing your payment method, select the bank card or credit card of your choice.
You will be redirected to the secure interface of the payment provider in order to complete the transaction.
Once the payment has been validated and provided that all fully paid products in the order are available, the order can be prepared for shipment.
Payment by bank transfer
You can also pay for your order by SEPA bank transfer.
When choosing your payment method, select “Bank transfer”. After confirming your order, you will receive by email all the information required to make the payment.
The payment must reach MYTH FACTORY within a maximum of seven (7) calendar days from the date of the order.
If payment is not received within this period, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Payment in instalments with Alma
Depending on your country of residence and the amount of your order, Alma allows you to pay for your purchases in 2, 3, 4 or 10 monthly instalments automatically charged to your card.
Eligibility for these financing solutions is determined by Alma based in particular on your country of residence, the amount of your order and the payment method used.
Payment in 2 instalments with Alma
Payment in 2 instalments is currently available from €50 incl. VAT for customers residing in Germany, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and Belgium.
Payment in 3 instalments with Alma
Payment in 3 instalments is currently available from €100 incl. VAT for customers residing in Germany, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and Belgium.
Payment in 4 instalments with Alma
Payment in 4 instalments is currently available from €100 incl. VAT for customers residing in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland and Luxembourg.
Payment in 10 instalments with Alma
Payment in 10 instalments is currently available from €400 incl. VAT for customers residing in Portugal, Spain, Italy and France.
How to use Alma?
When choosing your payment method, select the Alma option corresponding to the desired number of instalments.
After confirming your order, complete the information requested on the secure interface of our payment partner.
Once your payment plan has been accepted by Alma, your order follows the same logistics process as an order paid in full.
Shipment is not conditional upon payment of all future instalments to Alma. It takes place when the products to be shipped are available.
For pre-order products, shipment naturally takes place once they arrive in stock.
Cards accepted by Alma
Accepted cards must be issued in your country of residence. Depending on Alma’s conditions, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards may notably be accepted.
Prepaid, virtual or systematic authorisation cards may be refused by Alma.
Payment with PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay for your order in a single payment in countries where this service is available.
When choosing your payment method, select “PayPal”, then complete your payment on PayPal’s secure interface.
Once the payment has been validated and the products are available, MYTH FACTORY can proceed with the preparation of your order.
Payment in 4 instalments with PayPal
PayPal may also offer some customers payment in 4 instalments.
This option is currently available in particular to eligible customers residing in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom.
The option to pay in 4 instalments is offered directly by PayPal during payment when:
- your PayPal account is considered eligible for this service by PayPal;
- the service is available in your country of residence;
- the transaction meets the conditions defined by PayPal.
MYTH FACTORY does not intervene in PayPal’s decision to accept or refuse financing.
Modification of an order or payment method
Where, at your request and outside the exercise of a legal right, MYTH FACTORY must refund a transaction in order to change a payment method, cancel or modify an order that has already been invoiced but not shipped, the payment and processing costs generated by this operation are re-invoiced at a rate of 4% of the amount concerned.
These charges may also apply where a refund or cancellation results from an attempt to circumvent our General Terms and Conditions of Sale or from the recipient’s refusal to complete the customs clearance formalities for which they are responsible.
These charges do not apply where the cancellation or refund results from the valid exercise of a right provided by law or from a failure attributable to MYTH FACTORY.
