This collectible depicts Gimli during the pursuit sequence following the breaking of the Fellowship in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. Far from the underground halls of the dwarves, Gimli advances through the plains of Rohan alongside Aragorn and Legolas in search of the captured hobbits Merry and Pippin. The statue illustrates the determination and urgency visible during this section of the story, with a posture designed to convey movement and pursuit. Weta Workshop based the sculpt on the on screen costume and equipment used in the film trilogy directed by Peter Jackson. The detailed armor layers, braided beard, axes and travel gear reproduce the visual identity associated with Gimli throughout the Rohan storyline.
