Commemorating the 40th anniversary of Batman: The Dark Knight™ Returns, Hot Toys presents this Sixth Scale Superman™ figure depicting the Man of Steel as a covert government enforcer. The figure includes two newly developed head sculpts: one with a stoic expression and one battle-damaged clenched-teeth expression featuring blood paint application. Both head sculpts are equipped with separate rolling eyeballs and a specially applied UV luminous reflective effect on the eyes to recreate heat vision under ultraviolet light. The approximately 34 cm tall figure incorporates a newly engineered muscular body with 30 articulation points, accurately reflecting the bulky proportions of the comic artwork.

The costume consists of one blue elastic fabric Superman suit with a red and yellow chest emblem, one yellow belt, one pair of red trunks, one pair of soft vinyl red boots, and one red cape embossed with a yellow symbol and embedded bendable wire for aerial poses. Six interchangeable hands are included: one pair of fists, one pair of relaxed hands, one claw gesture left hand, and one flying gesture right hand. Weapons include one Kryptonite arrow and one damaged sonic gun. A specially designed display stand featuring The Dark Knight™ Returns logo and a character nameplate completes the presentation.
