The Power Loader measures 52 cm high, 32 cm wide, and 37 cm deep. Its detailed mechanical structure uses yellow and black paint applications, weathering effects, and realistic cable wiring. The loader has more than 18 points of articulation, with articulated mechanical arms, legs, and grabbing claws. Its protective roll cage can be opened, the operator joysticks can slide, and the seat includes a backrest with functional webbing harness straps.

USB-powered LED illumination is integrated into the orange warning beacon and the interior of the roll cage, which emits white light. The Power Loader is sized to seat the included 30 cm Ellen Ripley figure. Ripley has a newly crafted head sculpt with separate rolling eyeballs, blood paint applications, sculpted curly hair, a silicone upper body, and 18 points of articulation.
