Background to the creation of the Cassian Andor MMS802 action figure by Hot Toys
Cassian Andor has spent much of his life observing the devastation wrought by the Empire across the galaxy. While joining the ranks of the nascent rebellion, he accepts a perilous mission on Aldhani. Later, after being unjustly imprisoned on Narkina 5, he found the strength to resist and fight. Cassian eventually becomes a respected Alliance intelligence officer, admired by his comrades for his coolness even in the most critical situations. In Rogue One A Star Wars Story, he will accompany Jyn Erso as she sacrifices herself on the planet Scarif in order to transmit the plans for the Death Star to the rebellion and save the galaxy from the greatest threat of all. Inspired by the hero's appearance in the film, Hot Toys is pleased to present its new Cassian Andor 1/6 scale collectible figure.
