We offer different secure payment methods.

You can also pay by bank wire (within a maximum of 7 working days, beginning on the date of your order).

You can also ask for a 2, 3 or 4 instalments payment plan with by credit card (For Austrian, Dutch, Irish, Luxembourgish, Portugese, German, Italian, Spanish, French and Belgian customers only).

Please note that any request for reimbursement of an order that has already been invoiced and not shipped (to change the payment method, the content or even cancel the order) will result in you being charged for the additional payment costs incurred, i.e. 4% of the total amount of your order. This fee will also be due in the event of an attempt to circumvent our terms and conditions involving the cancellation of the associated order or if you refuse to pay the customs fee related to the import process in your country.

1. After selecting your delivery address and your delivery method, select the credit card or bank card type you want to use as payment method, you will be redirected to the dedicated website.

2. Follow the proposed procedure.

1. After selecting your delivery address and your delivery method, select "pay by bank wire" as payment method

2. Click "I confirm my order", you will get by email all the needed information to complete your payment.

1. After selecting your delivery address and your delivery method, select "Pay in x instalments" as payment method

2. Click "I confirm my order".

3. Fill in the requested information on the website of our partner

4. Your parcel is immediately shipped after the validation of your payment plan (and the arrival in stock of any pre-order product included in your order)


Important information : Foreign currency

Keep in mind that we work and are paid in EUR only. Any exchange rate difference in case of payback will be borne by the issuer of the payment.
